I think I can sand it and repaint information technology in place, but I'd probably need to brush something on.
Is there a rust converter paint that is gloss white that would work?
Also, how hard is replacing this part?
I am non and then happy with the quality of this auto compared to cheaper ones I had in the by especially with gear bug and now this paint problem.
I think when I buy once again I am going with Speed Queens.

I started researching tonight and LG'south seem to be better.
I tin can probably spray it better from the peak and mask off the bottom by removing that bleach dispenser.

Oh no, now you're going from worse to junk! That's just my stance simply it'south also the consensus among service techs. Samsung and LG are probably the two worst brands on the market. JMO
Don't spray it and don't paint the bottom if it doesn't need it. Pick up an artists brush when you lot get the paint. Spray some paint into the paint can cap and use the artists brush to cover the rust spots. Dab it on. Go over it two or three times letting the paint dry in between coats. That style will requite you the least amount of problems.

Is there a practiced rust converter to use? I used 3M Mar-Hyde on the heavy steel grating that protects my workshop windows near v+ years ago and it fabricated them a squeamish black color and they take been rust-costless since.

Just an update. I took apart the automobile and fixed the rust, nonetheless; more bug kept happening (which I found this model is lightning sensitive an my control boards blew).
I went to a GE and while I gave them up for years, this new one GTW680BSJWS. It cleans so much better and FASTER than my cabrio. We can't believe information technology. Information technology was also cheaper than what I paid for my Cabrio years ago.
